What Happens Inside BIES?

How BIES Supports Its Builders

Our network brings together entrepreneurs and builders who are serious about decentralization, Bitcoin, and regenerative living. We act as a coordination layer, helping connect you to the right people, resources, and capital so you can move your vision forward here in El Salvador.

Relationships form. Projects come to life. People get hired. Projects get funded.

A BIES workshop in session

Workshops, Roundtables, & Retreats

Our events give builders the opportunity to meet and get to know each other beyond the digital realm. Events are hosted in small group settings, where discussions are open, productive, and protected under the Chatham House Rule. Our events bring builders together often enough for relationships to form and trust to build.

BIES-Certified Vendor Network

Our network connects you to trusted vendors who can help you move forward on your goals. The BIES certification vets for vendors who are serious, trustworthy, and have a history of proof of work within our ecosystem. This is the same workforce we tap into when building out components of the BIES ecosystem.

How It Works

The Process

From your first conversation to a funded project, BIES is built to move you forward: connect with the community, find your people and your projects, and build with a network that has your back.

1. Apply & connect

Apply to join, and once you're in, plug into the private network and meet other high-agency builders.

2. Find your fit

Discover partners, investors, vendors, and projects through events, the directory, and high-signal conversations.

3. Build & grow

Move your vision forward with the people, resources, and capital you need to thrive in El Salvador.

BIES Project Directory

Our project directory lists active projects that are emerging from the BIES ecosystem. Builders can post their own projects to find partners, investors, and teammates. Or they can browse active projects to join an existing team. Our directory also provides visibility to investors who are looking to participate in growing projects that benefit the country.

Builder Spotlight Newsletter

Our newsletter highlights the builders in our community, the projects they're working on, and the journey that brought them to El Salvador. Seeing how others made the trip can give builders the inspiration, confidence, and know-how to navigate the journey themselves. For builders, our newsletter is a way to stay in the loop on projects taking shape across El Salvador.

Private Nostr Network

Our private Nostr network is our digital HQ, where builders connect, collaborate, coordinate, and interact economically with each other. Members love our chat feed for its high-signal conversations and engagement. When builders are out of the country, our Nostr network helps them stay connected to the BIES ecosystem and its entrepreneurial energy.

A BIES co-work space

Co-Work Hotel

Our co-work hotel gives builders a place to land, work, and connect in person when they're in El Salvador. It's where the digital community spills into the physical one: a home base to build from, host conversations, and meet the people moving projects forward across the country.
